My Liver Rescue 3:6:9 Journal Day 3! My mood was “off” this morning. I attribute this to the quarantine and not the cleanse! When I tried to “sit with curiosity” about my annoyed mood, I realized that I needed to implement some self-care. That looks different for me every day. Today I knew that exercise is what I needed. I had a conversation with a friend recently about exercise. We both enjoy it and have been exercising pretty regularly most of our adult lives. We both agreed that during this social distancing, exercise has become even more of a non-negotiable. It’s keeping us sane. We both agreed that we feel even better than we normally would after doing it. Interesting. After some weights and cardio and a walk around the block with my dog, I was feeling much better.
