My Liver Rescue Journal: Day 3

My Liver Rescue 3:6:9 Journal Day 3! My mood was “off” this morning. I attribute this to the quarantine and not the cleanse! When I tried to “sit with curiosity” about my annoyed mood, I realized that I needed to implement some self-care. That looks different for me every day. Today I knew that exercise is what I needed. I had a conversation with a friend recently about exercise. We both enjoy it and have been exercising pretty regularly most of our adult lives. We both agreed that during this social distancing, exercise has become even more of a non-negotiable. It’s keeping us sane. We both agreed that we feel even better than we normally would after doing it. Interesting.  After some weights and cardio and a walk around the block with my dog, I was feeling much better. My Liver Rescue 3:6:9 Journal: Day One!

Liver Rescue 3:6:9 Journal Day One! I am the proud owner of all of Anthony William’s books. I can’t say that I’ve read them all cover to cover but I am a fan and follower. His story is too unbelievable to not be true and his insight into the human body is remarkable! I have been drinking celery juice and heavy metal detox smoothies off and on for a couple of years and his name often comes up in sessions with my health coaching clients.  I have led a few group cleanses over the past few years but have never personally tried one of the Medical Medium’s. I was curious about trying his Liver Rescue 3:6:9 when I first read about it when his  Liver   Rescue  book was released, but it never seemed like the right time. (an excuse, I know!) I have come to believe that food is medicine over the past 10 years or so but I didn’t always think this way. I was a sugar and carb junkie for most of my life. I loved the stuff and I just couldn’t get enough of it....
